A Conceptual Companion?

My book, Leading from the Middle, may soon have a conceptual "companion". While not formally related to LfM, a proposed compilation, entitled Managing in the Middle, is taking shape. This self-designated "grab and go” volume, edited by Robert Farrell and Kenneth Schlesinger, will be all about what it is like managing at the center of the library organization, the locus where real work gets done.
